Reviews and Ratings
The cottages were clean and neat, and the staff was helpful, but there were some issues with room arrangements and cleanliness. The location is excellent for beach access, but there were some cleanliness concerns in certain areas. The dining experience was somewhat lacking, and there were inconsistencies with restaurant service. Overall, a decent stay with some areas needing improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is amazing, just a short walk through the dunes to the beach and on the road to Cape Recife. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the flooring needs some attention as my feet were pitch black after walking barefoot over the carpeting. The service was friendly and helpful, especially shout out to Zikhona & the lady with the braids who went out of their way to assist us. The dining experience was nice, even though breakfast was a bit of a nightmare with empty trays. The facilities were great overall, and I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
The hotel has a great location near the beach and is close to Cape Recife. The rooms, however, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and could get humid and musty, especially with monkeys around. The service was top-notch, with the housekeeping staff being very helpful and the manager going the extra mile. The location is a mixed bag with easy beach access but occasional gusty winds. Dining had some issues with breakfast not being ready early, but the fresh salmon was a highlight. The facilities were decent overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic, near the Point Recife Nature Reserve and close to amazing activities like the incredible restaurant Ziggys, there were some issues with the rooms and dining options that affected my overall stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable, and the hotel is close to amenities. However, the rooms seemed a bit untidy, and the staff could be more attentive. The service was friendly and good, but there was some concern about responsiveness. The location was very beautiful and serene, right by the seafront, which was perfect for me. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a separate cost and not fully ready at specified times. The facilities were of decent quality.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean but slightly outdated and not very fresh-smelling, the location was fantastic and close to the airport. The service was a bit of a letdown with some issues experienced, but the hotel's facilities were satisfactory. Overall, it was an average stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the plus side, they were always serviced daily, which was a relief.
The hotel offers a convenient location by the beach and close to the city. The rooms show signs of wear and tear and have a lingering cigarette smoke smell. On the upside, the hotel is next to the beach.
Although the rooms were a bit stuffy and lacked a fridge, the hotel's location provided a serene getaway from the city bustle. However, the initial service experience was marred by unfriendliness and unprofessionalism.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, very close to the airport and with a relaxed atmosphere, but there were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and some difficulties with access. The service was friendly but had some hiccups with electricity and equipment not working as expected. The dining experience was average, with some timing issues, and the facilities had both good and bad points.
